Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday: Yoga in the Park

De-stress three times a week with FREE YOGA CLASSES EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND SATURDAY.  Held outdoors by the bay, these classes offer a unique atmosphere to relax and invigorate at the same time.  In addition, participants can enjoy the stunning view.

All participants must be at least 18 years old and will have to sign a waiver.  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and the instructor will determine when the class is "full."  Everyone must bring their own yoga mat, water, and towel.  Beginners, intermediate, and advanced welcome.

 

FREE ADMISSION / All classes taught by a certified yoga teacher.

 

Classes are located at the Tina Hills Pavilion (south end of the park).  In the event of rain, classes will take place in the Bayfront Park office.

The Flying Trapeze School - Closed for the summer.  Classes resume in September.

Come take a swing on the flying trapeze in a fun and safe environment with professional instructors.  Classes for all  levels are offered, as well as birthday parties, group outings etc...(5 years of age and up).  Not up for a full class?  Ask about the "Try n' Fly!"

Executive Fitness Boot Camp 

Held outdoors by the bay, these exercise classes provide an energetic workout in a unique environment.  Enjoy the bay breeze, while also having an opportunity to meet neighbors who share the same fitness goals and network with fellow professionals.  The classes will consist of many different types of activities, including aerobic and anaerobic training, calisthenics, core strengthening, and full body weighted exercises. 

All participants must be at least 18 years old and will have to sign a waiver.  Everyone must bring their own water and towel. All fitness levels welcome.
