We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our office staff, assisting in daily office needs.

Job description:

  • Greet visitors, answer phones
  • provide information to callers, take & distribute messages
  • Schedule meetings, set up appointments
  • Organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Operate office equipment, copier, scanner, printer
  • Order supplies, call in service orders for office equipment
  • Maintain Purchase Orders, filing, coping
  • Support personnel for the office
  • Duties may not be limited to the above

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years’ work experience
  • Bilingual Spanish

Schedule:        Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and some weekends.
