We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our office staff, assisting in daily office needs.
- Greet visitors, answer phones
- provide information to callers, take & distribute messages
- Schedule meetings, set up appointments
- Organizational, time management and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Operate office equipment, copier, scanner, printer
- Order supplies, call in service orders for office equipment
- Maintain Purchase Orders, filing, coping
- Support personnel for the office
- Duties may not be limited to the above
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years’ work experience
- Bilingual Spanish
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and some weekends.
