a) Resolution No. 23-001, A resolution of the Bayfront Park Management Trust authorizing the Executive Director to purchase 33 trash cans for Maurice A. Ferré Park
b) Resolution No. 23-002, A resolution of the Bayfront Park Management Trust authorizing the Executive Director to purchase and installation of 40 underground lights located at the entrance of Maurice A. Ferré Park
c)Resolution No. 23-003, A resolution of the Bayfront Park Management Trust authorizing the approval of the 2021- 2022 Annual Report to the City Manager.
d) Resolution No. 23-004, A resolution of the Bayfront Park Management Trust (“Trust”), authorizing an expenditure for the purchase of 21 outdoor exercise equipment for Maurice A. Ferré Park.

h) Resolution No. 23-008 A resolution of the Bayfront Park Management Trust, authorizing an expenditure for the project management of the lights and security cameras being placed at the Dogs and Cats Walkway at Maurice A. Ferré Park.

IV RATIFICATION OF EXPENDITURES

Miami Golf Car LLC for the purchase of two golf cars for Maurice A. Ferré Park and Bayfront Park security.
J & A Elite Electrical Contractor to repair the Electrical Sprinkler System (2) New Panels installed – 1 panel to replace burned electrical wirings and junction box, and 1 panel that will provide electricity connection for events at Bayfront Park.
